Treasurer’s Report:
$4849.65 (includes 10 prepaid trade show booths
Santa Day Report:
Very good turnout
considering cold weather
Christmas Party Report:
A good time – profit of $1549.01 – Motion to donate
$500.00 to Kin Club for co-sponsoring party and all their help.
Carried. Remaining profit to
CMB.
Trade Show Report:
11 booths booked – advertising to begin on GX radio –
raffle prizes chosen – first prize is a choice of patio furniture or
ice fishing hut and auger – second prize is a fountain – no seminars
this year.
Rec Board report: First lottery draw will be on Feb. 2
– floor scrubber purchased for hall
